I used to be what you might call a trailer cowboy. Back in the day, I’d climb up the hinges of trailer doors to get onto the roof; no harness, no second thought. It was just the way things were done. But as the years went on, I started to see things differently. I saw too many close calls, too many injuries that could have been prevented. That’s when it hit me: It wasn’t worth it. There had to be a better way.
